Rabbi Paulette R. Posner graduated from the Jewish Theological Seminary and has served as a rabbi in a variety of settings, including education and chaplaincy. She completed a fellowship in Mental Health Chaplaincy at the NY Harbor VA. Rabbi Paulette is a Spiritual Care Counselor for Visiting Nurse Service, Hospice; in this role she provides emotional support and dignity for patients and families who are approaching end of life. She is the lead author of “Religion and Spirituality Among Medical Students” in Medical Student Well-Being: An Essential Guide (Springer, 2019). She received her board certification from the National Association of Jewish Chaplains in 2016. She lives in New York with her three amazing sons.
